A straightforward monthly price

Fennor costs £10 excluding VAT per user, per month. At the standard UK VAT rate of 20%, that is £12 including VAT. Tax is calculated from your billing information at checkout. Subscription payments are in GBP.

For three users, the monthly subtotal is £30 excluding VAT, or £36 including 20% UK VAT. For five users, it is £50 excluding VAT, or £60 including 20% UK VAT.

Workspace allowances

Each workspace starts with 2,000 contacts, 5,000 tasks, 2,000 combined deals/projects/tickets, 10,000 activity entries and 20 MB of uploaded files. Each file can be up to 2 MB. CSV imports accept up to 200 contacts and a 1 MB CSV per batch. These allowances are shared by the workspace, not multiplied by user seats. Contact support if you need more capacity.

Try it for 14 days

No card is needed to start. The trial supports up to 10 team members. No charge is taken automatically when the trial ends. If you don’t choose a paid plan, editing pauses; reading and contact export remain available.

Choose the seats your team needs

The workspace owner chooses the number of user seats at checkout, with at least one seat for each current member. The self-service plan supports up to 100 seats. Removing a colleague frees a seat but does not automatically reduce the subscription. Manage seat quantity in billing.

Billing and cancellation

Starting a paid plan charges immediately and starts monthly billing. You can manage invoices, payment details, seat quantity and renewal cancellation from Settings. A cancellation stops the next renewal; the paid plan remains active until the end of the current period. See the service terms.
