CRM sales reports and pipeline follow-ups
Understand the numbers. Open the work behind them.
Fennor connects sales reporting to the deals and tasks your team uses each day. Choose a date range and owner, review the results, then open the contributing records.
Actual results for a chosen period
Review won deal value and win rate using actual close dates. Win rate is won deals divided by all won and lost deals in the period. Deal value is a sales measure, not recognised accounting revenue. Reopened deals leave closed results until they close again.
Your pipeline today
Open pipeline shows the current position, separately from the selected period's closed results. Review deals with no linked follow-up, an overdue task, a passed expected close date or no recorded change for more than 14 days. Each queue opens the matching deals.
Learn from lost deals
Record a reason when marking a deal lost. Review reasons by count and value, then open the affected records. Earlier deals without an actual close date are shown for review and excluded from period totals until a date is recorded.
Follow the detail
Each deal has its own notes, recorded changes, expected and actual close dates, and linked follow-up tasks. Completing a task records its completion time. Earlier tasks without a recorded completion time are excluded from dated completion totals.
Keep working information inside your workspace
Reports and customer records require sign-in and workspace membership. Copying a record link does not grant access. Authorised members share the workspace's CRM content; owners and admins manage invitations. There are no public customer report links.
