Contact management software for small businesses
Customer records your whole team can use.
A useful contact record should help your colleague pick up where you left off. Fennor keeps the details and the conversation together, so a relationship doesn’t depend on one person’s memory.
Find the person you mean
Search names, companies, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, tags and custom-field values. Filter by relationship or tag, sort the list and save your filters as a personal view. Cards give you a different way to browse the same contact book.
Remember what matters
Add a note after a conversation. Record a call, email or meeting, and pin the details your team should find first. Upload documents to the record and see linked opportunities, projects and tickets alongside the shared history.
Find a conversation and its next step
Search the contact history by text, activity type or author. Review open and completed follow-ups, edit a task or reopen it from the contact. Opening a contact from a filtered list keeps the search, sort, layout and page for your return.
Your details, your fields
Standard fields cover name, company, email, phone, website, address, relationship and owner. Workspace admins can add text, number and date fields for details such as a service area, renewal date or account reference. Renaming a field keeps its values; hiding it keeps the values in your export.
Bring familiar names with you
CSV import lets you map columns and preview records. You can import up to 200 contacts in one batch and skip duplicate email addresses. A workspace starts with an allowance of 2,000 contacts.
A safety net for removed contacts
Moving a contact to trash hides its history and related work from everyday views. Restoring the contact brings them back. Export is available even if your trial or subscription ends.
